I usually do not write critics but I have to write this, this time, this one.
Daenerys was killed in the most tragic way, it could happen in the history of Game of Thrones. Killed by the one person she loved, trusted in, and never pushed far away.
Dany after she's been through (being sold as a little girl, raped, losing her family, breaking the chains, mothering the dragons, freeing lands), she was turned up as a crazy queen in the last 2 Episodes. Losing all her earlier motivation (through 7 Seasons) and the whole character just fell down to peaces without any reasonable reason. Turning the most loveable character of the Series on the most hateable. And then murdered by her loved one. In the most tragic way ever. "You are my queen. Now and always." Than putting the knife in her chest. I just felt WHAT THE FUCK?
Daenerys finally destroyed the enemy of actually every single character in this Game, the truly evil queen bitch. Then John Snow is coming from nowhere (fucking his aunt) thinking that damn the girl did the hard work I betray her, because she trusts me, moreover loves me, and I give the Throne to my fucking family. Not a woman in the Iron Throne again. So much anti-feminism. By the producers. I mean what the hell. She did everything. And a bastard knowing nothing just decide to murder her and do justice.
Like nowadays. Men coming from nowhere thinking they can do everything much better? Why? Cause you have a dick between your legs? Without any qualifications or skills. Moving forward by using and betraying the ones who love you? John who besides winning one battle at one time did nothing. And being resurrected by an other woman. I wish he remained dead.
There were always a place in my heart to House Stark (too) but man, just wanted to fire them all. And what did John acchieve with this act?. Nothing. His family is thrown apart. And he'll never be happy by the weight of what he did. And to tell the truth in the real world a man like him, could be never able to say no to the throne, and reject reigning together. He should be accept that deal, and be there for her, to make her calm, feeling protected, and stopping her in bad decisions. Not kill her. He, John Snow, is not a real man in my eyes. A coward. Son of a bitch.
And where is the point "A Lannister always pays his debts?" After killing his beloved brother (and sister), he should be murder and deny Dany and get the Iron Throne. Back to Lannister hands again. Paying his debts. What a drift would've been.
And this heiring of the crown, this chosing method of the King? WTF? Bran the lame, the disabled, the Broken on the Throne? Creating too much equal opportunities. Bran, who haven't even appeared through Episodes? Didn't knowing his purposes? Saying that he did everything for this? Fuck you, Bran. Wish he also died when he have fallen down from the tower in Season 1.
And defeating the Night King in one minute by Arya Stark in Episode 4? The whole storyline was built up on the big big battle between Dead and Alive for years and finally the saving of humanity got 1 fucking minute. And they turn up the battle for the Irone Throne the biggest problem. No way.
Taking everything into consideration, besides the 3 minutes act of killing the Khaalesi and melting the Iron Throne (which was really cool, has a big a symbolism destroying the cause of every bad, suffer, fight and death) the finale was actually so boring to me. I can't even watch it. Just pressing my phone, and getting my head up sometimes.
No correspondence and coherence at all. No final conclusions. No bounds in the chain of events and building of the characters. Who did what and why? Losing all the motives, which were essentials through the last 7 Seasons. Not fulfilling the mottos of the Houses neither.
And doing so big and spectacular mistakes, like the Starbucks cup and the ungolden hand...amongst that budget and the 2 years of shooting? Unacceptable. Felt like 9 misspent years of my, our lives. Killing the Series in this way. Damn.
